Yes it can!!! Emotions are something that is hard to control. If you are extremely upset, your body might consider throwing up to feel relief. Sounds weird I know....but I have been there.
yes. Just like if you cough too hard you can vomit.
I've seen it happen in a child having a tantrum. I also have a friend who gets nauseated and gaggy when when she is particularly upset.
yes because when you cry hard enough you cough and when you cough acid comes up your throat which cause you to vomit.
