Question: I want to completely detox and would like some suggestions on how to do this other than drinking lots of water and fruit and veg!! Any ideas??

Go to Tesco's and by some "Detox Cordial" made by Thorncroft. It's a great drink, tastes good and it works!!!!

I want to know the answer to this. Apparently you can buy some tablets from the supermarkets/chemist. Not sure what they are called.
