Whats wrong with me, its kinda scaring me...?!

Question: I have bad headaches, and feel like throwing up but then my headache goes away and I feel 100%. Then it all comes back! Its been doing this off and on since Sunday. Also, a few minutes ago I got REALLY light headed and had to walk outside and get some fresh air, and I almost passed out. Then I went to the bathroom and threw up. I was put on blood pressure medication 5 months ago but quit taking my medicine because it stayed down. I have no way of checking it now, so what do you think is wrong with me? Please, give me your advice.

your bloodpressure is way up.Go to doctors office get it checked and see what they say before you have a stroke. This happened to my Mom a few days ago and her bloodpressure was way up

it sounds like a sugar level problem. you may be diabetic or hypoglycemic. if your sugar level gets too high or too low you could faint - that's why you're light-headed. that's also why you have headaches and nausea and vomiting. don't change your eating habits and talk to your doctor about getting some lab work done on a sample of your blood. if you've never had this before don't worry about it, it's nothing. good luck to you and happy new year!
