Stray powder from the surface of the tablets. This has happened to me before, too.
The solution, pour some into your hand and immediately pass under under a sink running water. Then, pop them in your mouth and chew them up.
They made me sneeze too, and when I didn't sneeze my nasal passage would burn. Rinsing them off makes it all okay.
