Will Advil help with dizziness?!

Question: I was in the shower this morning and all of a sudden I felt extremely dizzy, to the point where I got out, left the shower on and laid on the bed. I felt quite close to fainting. After a few minutes it passed. It has not happened since but I still have a small headache and feel a bit dizzy. Will Advil help? Thank you!

Advil will not help with dizziness as it is a pain reliever. You should however focus on what is making you dizzy. Were you not eating or drinking enough fluid (dehydration and malnutrition can make you feel faint and dizzy). Also people who are diabetic will experience dizziness when their blood sugar gets low. You should go and see your family doctor and get checked out to make sure everything is OK.

Advil is a pain reliver so,duh no,but it might work for that head-ache.

Uh im not sure
but i'm guessing not
did you eat breakfast or anything today?

oh i do that!then i have to eat when im not hungry!dont do advil......have a snack...one with some salt or something!

i skip breakfast alot and um well i get so dizzy!where i feel light headed!

so get a snack and SLEEP!

Advil may help with dizziness as it will thin your blood; if you weren't getting enough blood to your head due to a clot, it may help there. Still, I'd suggest white willow bark pills, as it's natural and won't put unnecessary strain on your kidneys.
I highly doubt that's your problem though, and I highly doubt advil will help. If you're older, overweight, or have experienced this in the past and do not know the cause, you might see someone you trust with your healthcare. I'd suggest an herbalist of you're going to see someone, but that's your choice.
