Can't sleeeep.?!

Question: any ideas

Answers: any ideas

Drink some warm milk and count backward from 100!

have a doctor tell you what sleeping pills to use

Is this often? You could try a sleep medication like clonidine. Otherwise, you could just softly listen to music.

You can go to sleep earlier than you usually do or take some sleeping pills. Here's something dramatic. You can have someone knock you out when you are ready to sleep.

Well you can start of by doing relaxing things before going to bed. I cannot fall asleep if I try to sleep right after doing something with a lot of movement.

There are also some sleeping pills, advil I think, they're completely safe and you don't get addicted if you take the suggested dosage.

Just try to clear your mind, and take deep breaths, or count sheep, it seriously works =P

dont drink caffiene after 6pm. Stress prevents sleep too so clear your mind if your stressed about something.

Start exercising in the morning. Don't drink caffeine. Massage and meditating if you're stressed. A glass of wine with dinner. A good book before bed, this will help to get other things off your mind(stay away from the tube).
Oh and a comfortable bed will really make a world of difference!
sleep tight!

How long has thing been going on for. Have you spoken or gone to visit a doctor. For my sleeping problems I use
