Drink lots of water - that way you will be woken up naturally because you'll need to go to the loo quite badly!

Go to sleep earlier?

I use a alarm clock.

drink more water lastly eithe wishky or rum or beer

Go to bed by 8pm, Set your alarm for 4:30am.

my work requires me to get up at 3am and get out of the house by 4:15.

i discipline myself by going to bed early, and when the clock alarms at 3, i get up as soon as i stop the alarm, that way i won't be lured by the bed. Good luck!

1.Go to sleep really early
2.Get a alarm clock ( a loud one if your a heavy sleeper )
3.Stay up all night
4.Think about waking up early all night till you fall asleep ( works for me! (: )

Hi i set my phone alarm and put it away from my bed so i have to get up to turn it off

set 2 alarms, with gigantice POST-its on them that say : WAKE UP!!! ...try to sleep earlier too

You could try staying up all night and all day and then go to bed early. That'll either reset your body's clock or mess it up completely. It worked for me and didn't mess me up. I did it last January and I'm doing it again....right now.

go to sleep early, but not too early, not too late. the optimum time is 6 hours for an adult. use an alarm clock, set it to high sound alarm, and place it quiet far from u, so if your sleep disturb by the alarm, you need to get up, and walk to turn off the alarm ( if me, i put the clock below of my bed, its hard to find the clock)

well, go to bed earlier is one suggestion but also if you keep up the schedule then your body should eventually line up and get used to it. Try whatever wakes u up. A shower maybe? or set your clock for before 5 and press snooze just a couple of times to give yourself time to wake. I wouldn't suggest caffeine though.

we're in the same situation.. but my mom always wake me up when its time to go to school... use an alarm clock and go to bed early..
