Does lemonade count towards your daily fluid intake?!

Question: I've got a virus and my mum's told me to drink lots of fluids. I've demolished the best part of 2 litres of lemonade. Does that count?

Lemonade is great because alot of it is water. Also lemonade contains something called electrolites, which is also found in gatorade. Electrolites give you energy. So yes it does count:) Hope you get better!

Yes it counts. It would probably be better if you drank some water though.

it counts but the sugar may be a little much you need h20

Yes and so does eating an orange. People take the 8 glasses of water as a literal thing to do. All you really need is 8 glasses of liquids, this includes milk, water, juice (from a carton or from a fruit), soda, coffeee, tea......With the soda coffe & tea I would sugest adding extra of the others as the caffeen in them will cause fluids to be removed.

Yes it counts, its was the bottled water companies that claimed it had to be water, I wonder why.
Hope you get better soon!
