Sore throat... any easy ways to get rid of?!
Question: I have had this sore throat for along time and have been taking medicine and everything and it has not been helping so i dont know what to do. any one have any ideas?

i think that you should just take it easy and not talk as much and i mean it is mean to say but be quiet and keep taking meds.
Gargle with warm water and salt.
Listorine might be better. Or get some anti-biotech's from Doctor. Quit smoking.
Hi,i have tried and tested all the throat spray remedies from the chemist,diflam,strepsils,everything!,and they never work for long,and they are very expensive.
However i recently discovered a herbal throat spray in my local health shop,its by vogel,and its called echinachea throat spray,its brill,it also contains sage,a powerful anti oxident as is echinachea,it numbs throat pain for ages,also opens up your windpipe if you have associated lyringitis,try it,its not very expensive or full of chemicals,good luck!
