Can somebody tell me what is wrong with me? Am I sick or a hypochondriac?!
Question: This is going to sound like I am a total nut, but I have been feeling really strange for the past week or so. I've had mild headaches, pain in the back of my neck, a mild sore throat, congestion, a strange feelind in my lungs as if I can't breathe out all the way, blurred vision in the evening, a dull pain in the left side of my chest near my armpit, and a strong pain in the knuckles of my left hand. Are these all a coincidence, am I crazy, or am I sick with some weird illness that gives me all of these symptoms?

It doesn't sound like hypochondriasis.
Everything except the knuckle pain sounds like it could be related to a respiratory bug. Since you describe this as only for the last week, I assume it isn't a chronic condition.
If it doesn't get better pretty soon, you'd best get it checked out.
