How to treat dry eyes?!

Question: I have dry eyes and I hate it. Everytime I go out into the sun I have to squint. Are there any other methods to treat dry eyes besides drops?

There is surgery. I don't know too much about it but it is considered minor. Call your ophthalmologist. My Dr. mentioned it to me but I didn't want any surgery at the time and still rely on drops
