Sleeping problems :(?!
Question: I kinda wake up late and don't know why I sleep late caus I can't sleep :( any suggestion why that happens to me? btw I'm awake now and it's 3.15 in the morning I live in holland. And I'm 15 please help, don't want bags under my eyes anymore every morning :(

i have the same problem or similiar one, first if you have to start taking nyquil, or find a pillow you like. this may sound weirder but on a weekend stay up late then dont go to sleep till the time you want to go to sleep regulary and go to sleep at that time for a while to reset your body clock.
I have the same problem. I'm 17 and in order to get to sleep i do the following things:
yoga, there are certain yoga positions and breathing excersises that are made to help with insomnia
pull an all nighter one night and stay up until 8 o'clock p.m. the next day. you'll be tired all that day but you'll get to sleep and stay asleep.
and if all else fails...
take a sleeping pill.
There could be many reasons why you are having trouble sleeping. Stress and Depression are two of MANY problems that cause sleep troubles.
The most important thing for u to do is to make sure you are in bed at the same time every night. A regular sleep pattern might help you.
Don't drink any caffeine after supper. Make sure relax, watch TV etc. for an hour or so before bed.
