How to get rid of a stuffy nose?!

Question: What products could I use to get rid of a stuffy nose? Also is there any other way to get rid of a stuffy nose without using any medication.

Excellent question!!! I have been practicing this for a while now - it is called the Wet Sock Treatment. It works like this - before you go to bed, you soak your feet in the hottest water you can take for about 10 mins. Then you take regular cotton socks and run very cold water over them. Squeeze it all out and put them on your feet (after you dried them). Then put dry woolen socks over them and go immediately to bed. The socks will be dry in the morning. Repeat for 3 nights!!!! It is wonderful - it has worked for me, my husband, my baby as well. It helps you sleep like Nightquil would.... except it is without drugs!!! It also gets rid of fevers. Let me know if you have any other questions about it. Good luck and get well!!!

Blowing your nose alot of times till your nose isn't filled with boogers.

Nasal Saline Solution. It comes in a plastic spray bottle just like any nose spray (afrin, or whatever) and you spray it in your nose. it is completely natural, normal. It cleans out your nose and nasal passages, helps keep the stuffies down, and keeps the germs from getting stuck in there so that if you already have a cold, it helps get rid of it, and if you don't, you have a much less chance of getting one.

And it's cheap.

The membrane lining the inside of your nose is being irritated and it is trying to put up a barrier. Try finding what it is that bothers you. Are you allergic to anything? Allergies can pop up at any time. I was a smoker and then found out I was allergic to tobacco!

You might want to concider the "Vicks" Vapor Inhalor.
It has a soothing scent of vicks, and it really helps open your nasal passages!
