Knee's cracking?!
Question: im not verry athletic to begin with, especially not with cardio vascular exercise.
anyway, my knees, particularly my right one, always crack when i run or go up stairs (some days its louder than others, and when i cross the right leg over the left, it hurts to put it back down after a while. any suggestions as to what this is?

It sounds like you have osteoarthritis...arthritis of the joints. It USED to be thought to be a disease of "wear and tear" of the joints, but that is not necessarily the case. Many young folks, such as you, develop it, particularly in their knees. It is a hereditary condition, and in your case, has nothing to do with exercise or activities.
I developed it in my knees when I was 12. My daughter did also, and had a knee replacement when she was 40 years old.
You'd be wise to see an orthopedic doctor for an accurate diagnosis and advice on what not to do to protect your joints.
