WAS THiS A PANIC ATTACK-REALLY IMPORTANT! PLEASE HELP?!
Question: Today, as I was passing to go to math class, (late again,) I saw a girl on the floor, scrunched up in a ball and histerically crying and it sounded like she was trying to breath, her face was really green/red/wow.
I rushed her to the nurse, (she was in like, 6th grade,) and when I went back to see if shes okay, they said she had a bad panic attack, and shes fine. was that really a panic attack?

Very well could have been. Poor girl, I wonder what brought it on?

It sounds like the classic symptoms of a panic attack.
Yup sounds like it. Just felt like I couldn't breathe , chest pain and cried.I would get them when I would get really upset.

More than likely it was.
no way to know. a panic attack is, usually, diagnosed by what the patient says as much as what the patient does. maybe the girl said something to the nurse that made the nurse think it was a panic attack.
Yes it could have very well been one!
