I guess over the centuries, the human body has learned to cope with moderate amounts of alcohol, and I drink a couple of glasses of wine now and then. I smoked a bit of weed in my wild youth, and had 2 severe psychotic attacks, and never touched it again. I believe weed is far worse for a persons mental health, and can also cause lung cancer. So long as you only drink in moderation, alcohol doesnt seem to cause any serious health problems.
I think Alcohol is worse because it can cause alot more damage. Although, I have seen alot of weed heads with slow relapse, I have seen alot more drunks living on the streets and starving...............
well it depends... your body can handle light amounts of alcohol better than light amounts of weed, but with heavy amounts weed is pretty much the safer option methinks. weed kills brain cells, apparently, but alcohol kills your liver or kidneys or somethin like that that is vital to living rather than to living w/ all your brain. besides, i know alot of old and very smart stoners. oooh and another plus, weed is better on your lungs than cigarettes... at least per amount, i suppose you usually smoke alot more weed than you do cigs lol.
EDIT: for the post above me, WEED DOES NOT INDUCE PSYCHOTIC ATTACKS. lol the most it's ever done to me is give me major munchies (by major munchies i don't just mean i was really hungry, it actually hurt kinda bad). & I smoked somethin like 10 bowls... Most other illegal drugs are very bad on your body though. they should legalize weed just because theyre making cocaine look as harmless as weed, so then maybe you try some coke or meth or X or heroin or shrooms etc. thinking it'll be safe & you get addicted & your life goes to hell. DON'T mix weed up with other drugs, to make a comparison: weed is to shrooms as slightly aged apple juice is to 120 proof alcohol... which is to say a HUGE difference.
alcohol is worse..i was a wild teen/young adult..just waiting till i retire and waiting for mary j to become legal..
they both suck. why would you want to destroy your health? I guess i would pick weed over alcohol though because high people aren't nearly as annoying as drunk people, and it really isnt quite as bad, as other people have said
alchohol is worse, you can over drink and die, both of them hurt you but alchohol kills your liver too
i would pick weed, no hangover, less dangerous
