Also make sure you eat small, frequent meals throughout the day rather than 3 large ones. This keeps your metabolism and energy up.

All of these tips will contribute to general good health, which will make you feel more energetic. If you do these things for 2-3 weeks without seeing a change, you might want to go see a doctor to rule out depression or sleep disorders that might keep you from getting a restful night's sleep. If u are a smoker then energy donot matter. Its about oxygen intake. Fewer oxygen reaches your body for respiration. peanuts for example have high energy contents.
