How to clear away a stomach infection?!

Not sure what you mean by stomach infection... Infections require antibiotics OR time to let your body fight them off - if that does not work, you need antibiotics from your doctor.
Or do you have the stomach flu or something? That also can only be treated with time. Gotta wait it out. rest, fluids, symptomatic relief...
It depends on what you mean by "infection"? The only infection I can think of in the stomach would be H-pylori, which is a natural bacteria that can still survive stomach acid. This is something a doctor has to give you antibiotics for. Otherwise, if you have an ulcer you still need to be in contact with your doctor for antibiotics and acid reducers for the healing process. Call a doctor. And H-pylori has been recently found to actually BE the cause of ulcers. It is not something that we "catch" from people either.
I caught one and went to the walk-in clinic and they charge about $1000, to find out what it was, I guess it was food poisoning, I was a hurt puppy, doubled over, they also stuck me with IV's in case I fell out.
