How can I keep my immune system strong?!

I never knew because I do not outbreak. I have never had one and I hear its because I must have a strong immune system. How do I keep it strong? I NEVER want to have an outbreak. When you are older, does your immune system weaken?

Get enough rest every day (whatever your personal body needs) eat healthy foods, drink enough water ... exercise ... try to avoid overstressing ( I know - I wish we could avoid stress altogether!) People's immune systems can weaken as they get older but the herpes virus also is less likely to trigger an outbreak the longer you have it ... so that is a positive thing.
Yes it does weaken, but you can have Vitamin C. A supplement or naturally through fruit daily.
