Why am I always getting Headaches?!

Headaches can come due to many causes. Below are a few of them;
1) Looking at a screen to long
2) Failing to wear glasses (if you have any)
3) You may have fallen and knocked it.
If it continues you might want to go to your local doctor. I'm sure there is nothing seriously wrong with you.
I wish I knew. I'm nursing a doosy myself today. Started yesterday afternoon. Mine happen every week to 2 weeks & last severals days...day & night. Not fun
YOU NEED TO SERIOUSLY GET THAT CHECKED OUT, MY MOTHER WAS GOING THROUGH THAT AND IT ENDED UP BEING A BRAIN ANEURYSM, THATS DEADLY IF THEY BUST! NOT TRYING TO SCARE YOU JUST TRYING TO WORN YOU! HOPE NOT
probably cause somebody is bothering you or you have something on your mind!!!!! you may just be sick cause when i get sick i have major headaches!!!!!
There are several possibilities. Stress, food allergies, eye strain, migraines, tension headaches. I used to get them daily and found out I had food allergies. I still get them but they are tension vascular now. Lack of sleep will cause headaches also. I guess you will have to figure it out from here. Try the trial and error thing or go to a Dr.Most of them can diagnose it from your discription of the headache.
