Poo question?!

Question: So after I poo, I can go up to 3-6 days without pooing again because I just don't have the urge. During this period, I feel normal and don't feel sick or anything bad in any way. I could probably poo everyday if I wanted to, if I really put some effort into it. I also read that it's normal for people to poo every 3 days cause that's just how their insides work, something similar to that anyway. So I'm asking what's going on with me and is it really bad? And I'm not going to see my doctor about this cause I can't be bothered.

Thanks.

If you're only going that often then you probably aren't getting enough fiber in your diet. This can cause all kinds of problems including colon cancer. If you don't want to see your Dr. at least try to do some research about your diet to be sure you're getting what you need.

Eat more vegetables and fibre and you will find that is not possible. 3-6 days is quite serious and you really shouldn't continue.

Don't know where your info came from but once every 3-6 days is definetely unhealthy. Do some poo research.

Wow... Three days without pooing. If you don't want to see your doctor, you'd better call in a plumber pretty soon, because whether they're in your body or not, you've definitely got some pipes that are doing things they were not designed to do.

my husband goes every 3 days, but he can be on the toilet for over 30 minutes.,6 days is too much , i think. you should probably try to go a little sooner
