Are there any ways to get taller if you're 15 and not sure if you're sti!

Question: i'm 15 and still 4'11" (i'm a girl). i have extremely short parents, so it's definitely in the genes. my bmi is on the lower side of average, so i'm at a healthy weight. i eat a pretty good diet and am fairly athletic (i play volleyball and track and sometimes tennis). i don't know if puberty is over for me yet, but i think it probably is. i never really seemed to have a noticeable growth spurt, but i doubt i'm going to. is there anything i can do to grow taller?

It is possible for people to grow taller up to their early twenties. The fact that your parents are on the short side may mean that isn't likely, but I would encourage a good healthy lifestyle so if you do get a little growth spurt it is maximized. Make sure you get adequate protein, calcium, vitamins and good clean water. Get plenty of fresh air and exercise and proper rest. Even if you don't get taller, you'll live longer and better.
By the way, there is nothing wrong with being short. I think short people are charming and attractive.

Aside from growth hormones? I'm not sure you have any control over it. Just make sure to get the daily recc for calcium to keep your bones strong. Keep good posture, with your head up and shoulders back and you can add an inch ot two :-)

You have probably reached your peak height.

You can find further (and not necessarily useful) information in a search for "grow taller naturally".
