Pain in my stomach after a day of cold....?!

Question: yesterday, i have suffered what apparently seemed like cold
i was dizzy, threw up and others...cold symptoms
also i had diahrrea symptoms and minor stomach pain

and today i think i got over the cold because i am no longer dizzy nor motionless.
however, i have this severe stomach pain its so hard to even type right now
i stil have the diahrrea
i can sort of touch out, but its getting harder
its like...my stomach is filled up with gas or something and its gona burst
and my intestines feel so hot(as an like temperature) and i poop liquid+gas+little poop mix

should i go see the doctor or what

Sounds like the norovirius that is going round, if it is do not go to your doctor unless the symptoms persist for more than a few days because you will infect other people, you need to rest up and drink lots of fluids.

If you have that much gas you should take something like Gas X (I think it is best) it will help take the gas pain and pressure out of your system. For the diarrhea eat all the yogurt you can, drink lots of fluids so you don't dehydrate and eat light foods like saltine crackers, rice (plain), bullion, fat free broth, just for a few days till you feel better. Cheese is a binding food but don't eat grilled cheese because of the grease. If you are not better in a few days you will need to see a Dr. Good luck.
