I have an anger problem?!


Question: I don't know how to start explaining it...

Through all of my schooling i was always bullyed by other students and at every job i have ever had i have been insalted and threatend by my employer (im unemployed now) My dad's new wife does not like me at all and she won't let dad see me.

Now these days my sister annoys the hell out of me by just not helping around the house and when she does never doing it right just little things like that.

Anyway i get so angry all the time i have insalted and sometimes threatened others and i'm really scared one day i will hurt someone.
i don't want to loose what i worked so hard to get in life.


I live in a small country town in Australia where little to no counclling is avaiable.
What should i do?

Physical exercise it to DEATH!!...

I use to run alot ...believe me nothing is better...

you will find your answer ..after you have done it!!!
when you rest in the bathtub or shower a feeling of total PEACE will come over you ..and you will see how "MEANINGLESS" your anger REALLY IS!!
..also DO NOT DWELL IN YOUR PAST!! your mind makes up alot of unneccesary worries!!..Meditate on who you really are...and you will find out how your "EGO" is keeping all your "bad" experiences dancing inside your mind.
dont waste your efforts and time with the "PAST"

Find something to take agression out on. Punching bag, running, join something. etc.

Counseling is probably not needed...you likely have ADHD, bipolar disorder , OCD or something like that. You can't not get along with that many people without some sort of mental thing going on. Go see a doctor and get some meds...

Hi Why not try when you are feeling angry going out side and stomping about take a run or do something physical to work off your anger. You will find that just being in the sun and appreciating your surrounding your anger will be less.

Ask yourself why are you so angry and what is it really about ?Try and focus on something good that your sister does instead of her not measuring up to your expectations. Remember you choose to be angry or not You cannot change other people, only change yourself and the way that you think about others.

get a punching bag and boxing gloves. and workout when you get pissed off. just dont expand the situation when youre mad at someone, just leave.
