If in UK try phoning NHS Direct for advice.
It may be what my mother used to call "wind around the heart", i.e. a form of indigestion.

what have you ate ?? Is there a possibility of gas ?? try alka seltzer if you don't have that mix-up small amt water w/2 teaspoons baking soda stir & drink if no relief go to the ER
