Most likely not. Probably just sleepiness, stress, hormones (pms/pregnancy), or sign of some sort of virus kicking in. That's what most headaches are.

i would have to say there is no connection between the two.
yup because it is a superstitious belief that you cant wash your hair if your tired and stressed.. i wash my hair when i come home late from school and i do experience headaches most the time and i believe so that it is one of the factors that contribute in the pain we experience on the temporal part of my head...
do you always have a bad head ache after having your head bath? If it always, then yes or its coincident. take some pain killers.
If by some small chance just agitating your head may have triggered it. more likely if connected the drier (noise) irritated you or combo of both. Take two Aspirin and write me tomorrow!
