Im 13 and i need help?!


Question: i had anorexia for several months and now finaly started to eat but now i cant just eat normal. i gained about 3 pounds and it scares me soo much. for some reason i cant jut eat, i either binge until my somac hurts or just cant make myself eat at all. nd i feel so fat all the time. what should i do because gaining weight freaks me out soo much ='(

Just breathe, and take things one day at a time. Eat small meals that way there's not too much pressure to finish a large meal in one sitting.

Drink milk, and juices, water.
Snack on things, throughout the day.

You're definitely not alone, and Im proud of you for eating again. You're doing the right thing by eating again, anorexia is not something you want to struggle with your whole life.

Gaining weight is OK, its part of the process of getting healthy again.

hmm you like being skinny maybe thats why your freaking out just gaining back some w eight!

You need to talk to your parents or a counselor or something...they'll be able to help you...I know it's scary, but what's scarier is to think that you could have died.

You are not fat!! Remember that. Don't feel you are fat at all. Others will never see you as fat, so why should you? Please don't hurt your body! Continue eating at a slow but improving pace and you'll be fine

eat, soon it should make you feel better. you cant be fat. just eat healthy and the weight gaining will stop. dont worry

gain weight trust me! there is such thing as to skinny. and since your only 13 you shouldnt even care about that. its easy taking the fat off once your dedicated to it.

eat what makes you feel good. work on gaining the pounds back and start working out! being healthy is a key point. dont starve yourself. i thought it used to be cool too, but its very dangerous to your health. talk to a doctor to see how you can train your body to eat normaly

hmmm...make sure you eat breakfast. though many people say it and it can sound worn out at times, its true. chanes are that if you skip meals in the morning, you'll just make up for it during lunch and possibly go overboard.

I'd make those meals small and make sure any snacks arent empty calories. it's not so much how much, so long as you're watching what you're eating. theres tons of fruits and veggies that take more calories to digest than they actually have...hint hint...just google it and you'll find it. :)

I would recommend seeing a psychologist on how to cure Anorexia as it generally comes from a phobia or pathos from your mind. If you don't really feel comfortable doing that, then start out small. Eat something that doesn't make you insanely full but try and eat but don't over eat.

Also, just for your help, I consider a meal something like, a piece of 8oz Chicken, a side of rice and a piece of toast. You are in control of what you eat, you can choose to eat small and healthy or not at all. I would a void fast food all together. A good way to monitor your weight is to follow your height and weight. For example, 160lbs. is good for a 6'2in. height.

You have to be comfortable with yourself. You have to love you for who you are. Question? what is more scary? gaining weight or dying. Depriving your body of nutrients that it needs is very unhealthy. Many people die everyday due to lack of nutrients. Just eat health foods, and exercise, you should not get over weight. you need help. try talking to an adult you trust. you probably cant handle this on your own.

Talk to your mom. You need help before you seriously hurt yourself.

Like me you probably had a parent who had unhealthy attitudes about eating. Sometimes I go through withdrawals with eating, but it is good to eat when you are hungry. Try to eat 3 meals a day to keep being healthy.

anyways, if you keep thinking your fat being an anorexic is not going to help. You're just gonna end up in the hospital. Trust me, i was sent to the hospital because i freaked everyone out about my eating habits. I wouldn't eat for daaaaaaays because i thought I was fat.
So, if you keep thinking that do what i do! get some exercise to keep shape. It's healthy and waaaay better than being anorexic.

Sweetie, I am going to be as truthfull as I can, I am sorry if what I am going to say is tough, but you must know it's reality.

Anorexia is a disseasen so harmful that you can't Imagine! You need to be in a hospital imideatly and if I must tell you this to get your attention, my tears are rolling down my cheeks because one of my best friends died of anorexia. Please do not let this dissease get to you! You must get a doctor as fast as you can! Remember sweetie you know deep inside of you that you are srtong and that you can fight this! You know you are better than this! You know you are not fat at all! You know that! If you knew you had anorexia months ago, you should have told your parents ASAP! Anorexia gets worse by the minute! Please don't waste your life bcause of weight! You are better!
