How do I report a nurse?!
Question: I was at the emergency room earlier today and I was treated very rudely by one of the women sitting at the front desk. I got her name and I wanted to know how do I report her for her nasty attitude? If I call the hospital who do I ask to speak to?

There is a head RN or nursing supervisor. If you are serious about it, find out that person's name and contact info, and then WRITE your complaint. Phone calls frequently get lost in the shuffle, or interpreted differently going through the chain of command. Your written complaint will remain exactly what you want said, and you are more likely to get a return response.
Call them and ask. It's not too late.
Typically if you have a problem you should ask for their supervisor. If the rude person happened to be the supervisor then you contact the head of the department or hospital administrator. They will be able to help you.
