Why do I get really bad headaches after I cry?!
Question: Here's my advice- I get bad headaches after I cry too. I suppose it is due to the loss of water, and your body is dehydrated. At least, that is probably the case if you just had a big hard cry. I often drink a big glass of cold water after a big cry and that helps the head. I hope you don't get too many more crying-induced headaches

you are probably dehydrated :-) ... stop crying and start smiling
You're not getting enough oxygen to your brain. Take several deep breaths, and if the headache doesn't go away, try taking some advil.
