How can I fall asleep fast?!
Question: I have 2 wake up 5 tomorrow to take a shower before school how can I fall asleep right now? I have 2 sit like a couple of hours before I fall asleep.

get off the computer. it will keep you up. go lay in your bed and try not to think about tomorrow or anything and set your alarm and check it and drink like hot cococa or something and doze off :]

take a supplement called meletonin ..it can be bought at dollar general or wallmart and it is non narcotic and wont make you feel groggy in the moning
okay this is what i do when im really excited or i just cant get to sleepppp.
stare into a fan for like a long time and ur eyes get tired then eventually u fall asleep.
or u could listen to some piano music
or lay down close ur eyes. and just think really deeply and eventually ull drift into sleep.
Try reading for a long period of time it usually put you to sleep or doing some thing like cleaning up and making your self tired and take a nice long hot bath drink some warm milk some say that help
put a warm washcloth on your forehead, blow a fan on you and turn on your favorite band...that's what helps me.
Exercise before you go to bed to make yourself tired. Or take a bath.

Try listening to music, or playing games on your cell phone. Those are things I do to go to sleep. I also learned in my college Psychology class, that if you drink warm milk before you lay down it will help you go to sleep faster.

Get comfortable, start counting backwards slowly from 100. If you lose your place, start at 100 again. It works for me every time!
You could lay down have the lights off and just stare at the wall. It helps me while your doing that relax and try not to think of anything or you could turn on the tv and put something REALLY boring on and then boom your asleep that helps to. I hope this helped

there are prescription drugs such as Ambien and Lunesta if you are having trouble. Go to your doctor and ask for something. The over the counter stuff is crap, most of it is just allergy medicine marketed as a "sleep aid".
