it doesn't mean your looney. it just most likely means that the word "screen" reminds you of the word "fan" so much somewhere in your brain that as soon as it comes the time to use that word you automaticly say, "screen" its nothing serious. just a little annoying. but if this happens ALOT with ALL sorts of words all the time, then yeah, you may need to class or get some help. but if its one word, who cares? as far as see it, words were made by a bunch of idiots. why do we call a fan a "fan" anyway? and isn't the word "screen" a odd word? say it ten times fast. do that to any word and it starts to sound like gibberish. sorry, I'm off the subject. but your not loony.

If its a medical problem at all, its more likely neurological that psychiatric.
Look for other symptoms -- dizziness, confusion, exhaustion, loss of concentration, etc.,. If you see any of these signs, mention them to your doctor, along with your semantic speech errors.
Or, it could just be you need to slow down and concentrate a little more.
