I've done it too. Your best bet is to try and make it through today and go to sleep early like 8 or 9. If you think you cant make it through school just pretend you are sick and get through the day at home. Just don't fall asleep or the cycle will continue.

You have a half a day of RedBull/Coffee ahead of you. When you come home from school, take a SHORT nap, then stay up till your regular bed time. Go to bed on time. This will fix your skewed sleep scheduling.

Drink a couple of cups of coffee. Grin and bear it. It's how we all learned that lesson.

Collapse at home or at school. If you stayed up for as long as you've said, you must feel like **** (and lookit too, not insulting you or anything) and your parents or the school nurse can tell something's wrong.

I do this sometimes, when my insomnia is really bad. The nurse lets me sleep for a period or two or lets me go home.

OMG DONT DO WHAT THE FIRST GUY SAID AND DRINK AN ENERGY DRINK! they just make you crash. dont do it. just stay home. or go and then say your sick and then come home.

Learn some self-discipline.

wash ur eyes with cold water, and drink more water. GO TO SLEEP EARLY TODAY!

sometimes i do many stupid things for many reasons it maybe because i am tired or some thing bad happen to me

just go 2 school. i just did today and i was exhausted but it was fun seeing all of my friends that i missed!!!!! btw i also saw my crush! so cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... ;-)

drink coffee alot of it

'WELL, TRY SLEEPING AT OTHER TIME'S OR MAYBE DRINK COFFEE OR TRY A SLEEPING PILL OR TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR ?
