Question: I'm afraid to get in a car or to travel anywhere that doesn't have a bathroom available.
I start to panic and have stomach pains like I have to use the restroom even if I just used it before I left.
I could stay at home all day and feel fine, but when someone says we are going somewhere my stomach will start hurting.
What's wrong with me?

It is indeed a social phobia and theorpy will help. But just wanna add something regaurdless on how little it helps.
In my opionon why do people bring so much food with them on car trips? Theres gonna be food when you get there and food on the way there through things such as gas stations... So the point you can take from this is. There is a bathroom at the start, middle, and end. And In an event, say a long car trip, there is always the side of the road to use.
I know of someone with this problem, its some sort of social phobia, I am sorry forget the name of it. You should talk to your doctor.
