Is it possible to suck fat out of your nose?!

No. Unquestionably, no.
Lipo uses a long tube to suction out fat molecules, and unfortunately, there isn't enough room to put that tube in the tissue of the nose.
Secondly, nose tissue is mainly bone and cartilage, and you can't use lipo anywhere on the body that is composed of those tissues.
The only recourse is rhinoplasty...a nose job.
Your nose is made up of cartilage, not fat.
