This is ridiculous! No matter what I do!?!

Question: Ok I have had stomach issues from about age 4 on (im 19 now) and I usually have nausea but it comes and goes and I can usually keep it in check. But for about the past week or two I get really bad nausea if I dont eat...so I eat and I still feel sick. Even after I drink anything be it water, juice, pop I feel sick to my stomach.

Its just getting ridiculous and I am not sure what to do about it..I have gone to the doctor about my stomach too many times to count and I feel like im wasting my time to try to find out whats wrong.

Anyone have these symptoms before?

If it helps heres what I ate today:
1 fuji apple
1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich on white bread
1 handful of vegetable crackers
1 can of pop

i do tend to feel like i wanna be sick if i dont eat and if i do, never really gone to a doctor though, but i see what you mean, its not all the time just occasionally, other times i will just forget to eat and feel fine all day until about 6 then get sickly feeling and eat but then still have it, its odd isnt it, i cant tell you why because ive never investigated it by going to a doctor just get on with it, maybe i should ask the doc!!!

try the bratt diet. Banana, rice, applesauce and dry toast and tea.

try a technique called eft.
This has great success rates with your type of problem.
You can teach yourself or visit a practioner.
