Why am I getting random bruises on my midsection, arms, legs for no reason at al!

Question: After 4 years of drinking, partying and late night eating during my undergrad, I just recently decided to live a healthier lifestyle. I now excercise 6 days a week, and do include weight training.
In addition, I have also been eating healthier (Proteins, Veggies, Fruits, Multi-vitamins, Supplemants). This healthier living of mine started about 4 months ago, and about a month ago, I began noticing random bruises on my body, particularly around my abdominal area, legs, arms, back of thigh (for no particular reason, I did not bump into any weights or anything).

I dont think I'm injurining myself physically. Do you guys think there could be something wrong internally? perhaps my blood?

Brief Background: I have lost 10 lbs. During my partying days, I did do some hard drugs, including cocaine. And of course I drank alot, to the point of passing out. Please dont judge me. Thank you!

Unexplained bruising, frequent bouts of the common cold and flu, broken capilliaries on the skins surface, bloodshot eyes are all symptoms of vitamin C deficiency.

Eat more foods rich in this vitamin ie: lemons, limes and oranges, leafy and green vegies, tomatoes, potatoes and red and green peppers, organic loose leaf variety of rosehips tea (the richest known source of vitamin C).

Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin and as such our bodies can neither produce or store it. Therefore we need to ingest it on a daily basis or suffer the consequences as you unfortunately appear to be.

Things that will rob you of your precious vitamin C supply are smoking, cough syrups, antibiotics, antihistamines, sleeping tablets, oral contraceptives and eoestrogen supplementation.

Oops, nearly forgot, alcohol will also rob you of your precious vitamin C supplies ............. :0)
