What could this be? PLEASE HELP health issue!!?!
Question: today in school my friend acted really wierd and when i asked her what was wrong, she just said she was tired. then in my math class, she just fell over and couldnt get up. she was shaking really bad and was really sweaty, but she was concious. what could this be?

Its hard to say without knowing her medical history. IT could be a diabetic problem, she may be taking medications(legal or illegal) that would cause this behavior, or she may have experienced recent head trauma. Theres no way to tell without seeing her. Dont get too worried until you find out for sure.
