If none of the answers above this one seem to fit there are a few other possibilities

1. Acid reflux

2. Colon/intestinal problems

3. If you have traveled abroad recently, it could also be parasites. You can also get parasites from your pet. If a dog licks your face or hands, you can get worms from the saliva that may have had parasite/worm eggs in it enter your body by rubbing your eyes, putting fingers in your mouth, ears, or up your nose. That is how they are transmitted.

If you are not pregnant, have a virus, or food poisoning and this goes on and on for awhile, you should go in to your doctor and get checked out. Give it a week or so to clear out if it is a virus.

If you're female and sexually active, take a pregnancy test. If not, you may just have a virus or food poisoning.

I'm guessing maybe the pizza didn't agree with you well?
Be happy - I got the same feeling, except I ended up puking the whole night. (( stupid McDonalds. ))

Sounds like you're pregnant to me, but you probably should go to the doctor!

go see your GP. Could be preggers, could have an ulcer, could even be a hernia. They will most likely recommend an upper gi. Try an antacid. If it helps, you have acid issues.
