Maybe chronic fatigue syndrome

Do you have a loss of appetite? If so you may have a mild case of mono. Go to your doctor and tell him your symptoms and he should be able to help you.

Whats wrong is all the medicine you are on, and the reasons you are on them. talk to your doctor and tell him you are super fatigued and see if he can switch some of your meds around.

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ..... Oh sorry did you ask me something?

Go to your doc.

its probably the variety of medicines you are currently taking...ask your doctor about how they can lower your dosage so you aren't so tired

but then again..it might not be your medicine and it could be something else, so i would advise you to see a doctor

well you need 2 calm down...go to sleep at 9 or 9:30 every night for about a week....eat healthy so you get a lot of energy, realax in a hot tub or bath, just CALM DOWN!

sounds like you may have an Iron deficiency , are you taking a good multi-vitamin every day? I suggest one formulated for women specifically ..... Hope you get better =)

i answered this same question last time you asked it.

Hi Heidi; The meds that you are on Can cause fatigue and have them check for Diabetes that can cause this to.Good Luck.

Try not being depressed?

Depression makes you incredibly tired sometimes. The problem is, the more you sleep, the more tired you feel. You only need 8 hours of sleep. Force yourself to sleep only this much. You'll probably feel better.

I have two suggestions - firstly, all that sleep you're getting is not healthy and will not help you. You need to get out for a short walk or get some kind of exercise. The more you sleep, the more tired you will be - yes, that's a fact. So, you need to sleep a lot less. Get out for a while, go look at shops or do something to take your mind off your problems.

Secondly, if that doesn't help, you need to go see a doctor. But I would think that some exercise will do your body a world of good. If you are using birth control, you obviously have the energy for sex.... so use that energy and get some good exercise while you're at it ;)

Good luck xx

It sounds like it's the medication you're taking, talk to your Doctor and explain the symptoms to him.

when your body craves sleep and you dont get it, it will punish you by making you feel worse than you already do without sleep. i suggest you take naps to cure the fatigue.

plus, you may want to talk to your doctor, as this fatigue may be a combined side effect of all the meds you are taking.

I get like that sometimes as a matter of fact im like that right now. All I wanna do is sleep. Maybe you should take a multi-vitamin.

You sound like you are suffering from a few fairly common health problems effecting many modern people; overdiagnosed, overmedicated and undersocialized. The medications you are taking for your medical ailments are causing your fatigue. It is a side effect of many medications. You should consider that instead of being so physically ill, you simply need to get out more and stop focusing so much on whats wrong with you. Instead, try focusing on other people or the world in general. Human connections can heal most problems.

I have a terrible time getting a good night of sleep so I too am often very tired. My condition is related to other health issues, but you may want to check into a sleep clinic as everything you describe could be caused my insufficient sleep

here's an answer.

I too feel this way sometimes. It could be the winter months getting you down, or it could be mono, it culd be a cold or flu coming on, or the doctor may need to boost your medication for your anxiety disorder. You should take "one a day women" vitamins and maybe try taking B12 as it will give you energy. Make sure you check-in with your doctor and let him/her know whats going on so you can relax once you know the problem.

I think all the meds are messing with you. See a sleep doctor...ASAP

i think its too much medication for you.
most of the medications you are on are either hormones or mood stabilisers.
