Can someone please help me. I'm really upset.?!

Question: I posted my question earlier in the law & ethics section but the people there were either rude, immature, or didn't read my entire question, so I'm hoping someone here can tell me what to do.

For the past few days I've been having difficulty breathing and pain in my chest. I went to the hospital last night, but the doctor was rude to me and mocked me. Then he told me nothing was wrong with me. He only checked my vitals...nothing else...and then he sent me home with no treatment at all. I am still having pains so I'll have to get help somewhere else, but I'm wondering if I can complain to someone about this doctor...complain to a hospital director or something? Please give me some advice.

Do you have a family Dr.? Is there another hospital or clinic in your area you could go to? First get checked out thoroughly by whomever.......Then Yes...I would write a letter to the hospital administrator. No one deserves treatment like that! That first Dr. had better hope he just didn't make a big medical mistake!! ( Keep a copy of any correspondence with him or the hospital.)

Call the hospital and ask to talk to the manager of the ER and discribe to them what happened. Make a formal complaint and get this person's name. Then make a written complaint and send it to the ER manager and a copy to the CEO of the hospital.

You can always file a complaint but I would suggest concentrating on discovering what ails you first.

See your regular doctor and have him do a physical on you. It may "simply" be panic attacks. When you are in the middle of one it doesn't feel simple or like nothing.

You need to see your doctor and make sure nothing serious is causing the breathing problems and pain in your chest.

Also, if there is something wrong then you will have more slamming power when you file your complaint.

yea complain to like the head doctor or his boss. go to a clinic and see what they tell you. otherwise take a chill pill and relax and drink a lot of herbal tea... maybe thatll help.

First see another doctor and get a second opinion and seek for treatment(get well first). Later with proof complaint about this doctor at the head director ....
This happend to me 5 years ago,I had pneumonia and the doctor keep asking me for a pregnancy test...! He also make fun of me...I quickly seek for another doctors opinion in the same night !
