Weird pills for a person to take... They don't really have any effect that she would actually feel.
She's at risk of having a few things happen though if she continually takes those pills over, and over, and over again. I would talk to her parents about it.
How many per day is she taking? Most of those pills also work as a blood thinner when taken in high dosages, so this can lead to multiple adverse reactions.

Came back to edit my post to add liver damage, and ulcers to the list, but Michael E, and meeting in the aisle covered those, thumbs up to them both.
Aspirin (and ibuprofen) can both also cause GI bleeds (gastrointestinal bleeding) with prolonged usage, and high dosage. I've seen various Gymnasts get GI Bleeds and ulcers over the years from taking ibuprofen on a daily basis to cope with pain.

The only addiction I can see here would be similar to that of a placebo effect. There is nothing in the drugs that is giving her a high or anything that she has grown actually dependent on. It's a psychological addiction, rather than an actual physical one.

Talk to your friends parents before she kills herself from ODing or causing other issues on such a simple thing as Tylenol.

I'm sorry, but you NEED to tell someone, for your friends' SAFETY!!! Tell her to stop, she's overdosing and gonna have a reeeeeally bad reaction if she keeps doing that!!!

Yes, I agree with devon. Most of the pills she is taking wont make her feel anything and it would be hard to get addicted to those drugs. The only problems i know that this would cause at high doses is what devon about acting as a blood thinner. Also drugs like these can really harm your liver. So i guess i would talk to her parents and tell them what is going on or have a talk to your friend first. Maybe she is just depressed and wanting somebody to talk to.

She cannot become addicted to Advil, Tylenol, etc. The only thing that taking these many pills will do is give her a stomach ulcer. Tell her it will be really painful when she starts getting ulcers and there is no way of healing them. That may make her think twice about taking them.

ok yes you can get addicted to advil and tylenol and stuff. You can take them for sleep or something and develop a dependency for them. Tell a guidance counselor, they have to keep you confidential and she'll think another friend told. Think of it this way, you knew she dies, you feel extremely guilty and her family and friends go through so much unnecessary grief.
