Answers: THEY ARE NEVER SOLID !! WHATS THE PROBLEM ??

You've perhaps overeaten over Christmas, too much rich food can throw the digestion off balance.
Try a 24hr;fast,then 24hrs;on a light diet.If still loose,consult your GP.

You aren't eating properley!!!

Are you eating alot of fruit ?

OMG EAT PROPERLY

Eat bananas.

Try eating yogurt

take imodium or something for poop problem

ive had them as well

Go and talk to your doctor, you haven't given enough details (not sure we want them either) for anyone to know whats causing it.

stop eating junk food and takeaways, eat loads of fruit and veg with a good home cooked meal

you need more fiber alot of good for you foods have it but if thats not enough you can go to a chemist and ask for a fiber supliment a good one is metimusul

BRAT diet will help the diarreah. BRAT= bananas, rice, applesauce, toast

No spices, no fats until your back to normal. The idea is to eat gentle foods. Too many bananas will actually constipate you. If you eat nothing but fiber, you will have very loose stool.

IF this is a continuous problem then you should definitly see your doctor, they can either prescribe medication for you or send you to a GI doctor to see if there is something wrong.

not enough solid food.

Eat more fiber and fruits. Your diet may have a lot of fat in it.

it could be this virus that is sweeping the nation at the moment which is not pleasent at all, please doe as the doctors say, stay indoors untill it has gone to stop it spreading, i heard that a couple of days no more.
