Short-Term Memory Loss- not permanent, occurs only when high.
Phlegmy Throat- Not permanent either, happens if you're smoking anything.
You can eat it too, or vaporize it. Then there are no health risks. Except for that sketchy panic attack/ paranoia/schizophrenia thing. But just watch Bugs Bunny and eat some shrimp and you'll be alright. Or just stop using it for a few weeks. You can't overdose and its much safer than tobacco or alcohol and many illicit drugs.
