You increase your chances of lung cancer in the same manner as smoking tobacco. You are introducing small foreign particles into the lung tissue. Just like using tobacco, does it take just 1 use or millions.
ummm. HORRIBLE effect on your lungs should outweigh any positive effect. get a positive effect from something else!
