How did you make yourself happy again?!

Answers: eat lots of chocolates!

well stop living for others first and worry about u!!!

I'm still trying to figure out how to do that myself.

Just Be Around Your Friends A Lot, It Can Work.

live my life to the fullest!

be a blessing to others.

try being around positive people not people who has alot of problems because if there unhappy they can't help you. start talking to GOD that's your best bet.

You have to shift gears. You have to get out of yourself. If you have been worrying about your own situation and it is dragging you down, you need to do something positive for someone else. As you give happiness to others, you will become more happy. This is the Divine Principle of Give and Take Action.

Do something for others less fortunate than you, something where you invest yourself (not just giving money). Here are some suggestions: Volunteer at your local library or school to read to children. Volunteer at an animal shelter. Seeing the joy that you bring to others will awaken joy in your own heart.

If these don't appeal to you, choose something that you like and find a way to share it with others. Join a hiking club or a Toastmasters group to get involved socially with new people.

Make time for some quiet reflection and meditation. I suggest reading one chapter of the Bible every day, either just before bed, or just when you wake up. Take a few minutes to quietly reflect on what you read, maybe even writing in a journal. God will begin to work in your life if you do this consistently every day. Ask God for guidance on what to do and how you can change.

The power of the Lord, but I must admit getting over the loss of a loved one is extremely hard! I am still in mourning and it has been well over a year and 4 months!

BY BEING YOURSELF AND SEEING A SMILE ON THE FACE OF SOMEONE YOU LIKE OR LOVE....HAPPINESS SHOULDN'T BE SOMETHING TEMPORARY BUT SOMETHING THAT ALWAYS IS IN YOU AND MAKES YOU SMILE WHEN YOUR DOWN...

Hi!
It took some time... and it wasn't easy, but eventually you learn that it's ok..... and sometimes it's OK to be selfish, and do things that please YOU and you learn to take care of yourself first....
Time is the all-time cure, though. Anything in particular?
