Question: if a doctor sends u for a CMP, and CBC blood test.. will either of them show if ur pregnant?CMP-measures glucose, and the other one does a complete blood count.. would it? or is there a special blood test

Definitely not. Chemistry Panel shows glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, uric acid, etc, and CBC shows hematocrit, red and white blood cells and it's mainly to check if you have anemia or an infection.

For pregnancy test the doctor needs to order a special test called: HCG test or a normal pregnancy test needs to be requested.

No pregnancy test in a CBC or CMP
