Are there any adults with ADD taking Ritalin?!
Question: My doc prescribed ritalin LA in my late 30's. I thought it was a kids drug but the results have been life changing.
I never take recreational drugs, smoke or drink in excess.
Any adults have an experience to share?

Get off the stuff now as it will ruin ur life! You should know by now the best way is to relax and find yourself. Try chiropractic or alternative medicines as therapy. ADD is a catch phrase of the last 20 years & has increased health workers incomes. Before that it was someone who had high intelligence and could not cope with idiots. So u may be ok.
I have heard this is a growing trend. I would suggest getting a second opinion as to weather you really need Ritalin, it seems as we are becoming an over medicated society.
