No! There is ablsolutely nothing wrong with that. I can do that too, just it takes about 15 seconds haha. My acting coach thought it was really great I could do that, but my doctor begs to differ. She said that it has something to do with hyperventilating, and something else I can't remember. But you're lucky you can do that because only 1 out of 1000 people can cry on cue (my acting coach told me that) anyways, hope this helps!

I don't know if it's bad for you or not... I can't do it, but I don't see how there could be something wrong with that.
