Will the antibiotic clindamycin help clear an ear problem?!
Question: I was told I had some fluid in my ears which I think is making me nauseous and dizzy. I was not prescribed anything for it, I was prescibed clindamycin 300 mg to clear up a tooth infection because that is why I went to the doctor in the first place. Should he have given me anything to clear up the ear problem or will this do that as well?

The doctor probably thought this fluid problem wasn't due to a bacterial infection, and would clear up on it's own.
