Whats the best way to relax?!

Angel so sorry you are stressed and the best thing I find is a nice bath or shower to relax you and use lavender as lavender is very soothing and calming.
You need no music or television as to distracting a good book are a magazine of your choice as it is peace and quiet you need if you can.

go out and hurt a few people,especially girls---works for me

I like to take a nice hot bubble bath, or watch a funny movie :-)

Listen to music, read a book. Go out and have fun with your friends.

Light candles and put them round the outside of your bath. Fill the bath with water (obviously!). Apply a face mask, get in and close your eyes, let your mind run away with you on 'happy' random thoughts...

Go to some place in the coast, watch the water... Smell the water breeze... That is the best.

Although if no way for that... Have a bath, not a shower... With lavender aroma;-P

That should help... If not, go to yoga classes!

If that also doesn`t help... Listen to Japanese relaxing music, that in my opinion is the best;-)

Drink may not cure..but it helps! :-)

take a nice hot bubble bath and ten chill out with your fave DVD and a box of choccies on your knee enjoy

sometimes i feel the same so i got myself a aquarium filled it with tropical fish . now i can spend ages watching my fish which is very relaxing

That's got to be a nice bubble bath with just candlelight. A large glass of wine and maybe in 20 mins or so a slushy book.

Well everyone is different - but I like hot baths with lovely smelling bubble bath, i like candles and incense sticks, and sometimes even a bit of yoga helps you tune everything out and relax. Sometimes its nice just to lay in bed and watch tv! :-)

a session at the gym
a chick flick dvd
spending time with my 2 year old niece or being around little children laughing
a hot bath
what ever works for you!

When I'm stressed I try and watch something funny or listen to my favourite music. Going through photographs of good times occasionally also really helps if you feel a bit upset i find as well

take a day off, go to a health spa. relax in the steam rooms, saunas and jacuzzi.
